Area Sales Manager
We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to join an exciting high-growth business in Bloxwich, Walsall. This company have a great reputation having grown from £3m to £14m turnover in the past 10 years.
In this role you will be given the flexibility to devise your own strategy for growth, with a large existing account base ready to be developed. You will be responsible or 50% of the UK territory, therefore regular travel is required including 1 to 2 overnight stays per week. A typical week will include roughly 3 days on the road and 2 days in the office. This opportunity is therefore well suited to an experienced field-sales professional who is based locally to Bloxwich.
Due to growth plans in the sales team, this role has incredible opportunities for progression into sales leadership including hiring new salespeople to work under you.
Salary: Up to £45k base salary + hybrid company vehicle + company card + performance bonus (£5k to £10k) + company bonus (5%) + annual salary increases (circa £2.5k to £7k per year).
Location: Field/office based. 2 days in the office (Bloxwich) and 3 days on the road.
Duration: permanent.
