Responsibilities:
- Perform a high number of outbound calls to successfully and empathetically collect monies owed
- Provide customers with efficient and effective solutions that satisfy both parties by arranging repayment plans
- Handle inbound calls and deal with queries relating to customer accounts
- Record all customer communications on the CRM
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in an outbound telephone-based customer service role
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of collections and credit control would be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Confident, positive, with a 'can-do' attitude
- Strong telephone manner with the ability to effectively handle objections and liaise at all levels
