Implementation Consultant

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Implementation Consultant to lead a client through an exciting new implementation of Oracle NetSuite. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in working with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the implementation process, providing training, and offering expertise in reporting. You will become the platform owner and a crucial contributor to the end-to-end business operations within the platform.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a small team to ensure requirements from the overall Business Requirements Document are implemented in the new ERP system.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to guarantee successful delivery, end-user support, continuous improvement initiatives.
- Grasp the fine details and take ownership of tasks.
- Facilitate the system rollout across multiple sites.
- Post-implementation, become the NetSuite Lead, driving continuous improvement and system optimisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience implementing Oracle NetSuite.
- Strong project management experience and an analytical problem-solving approach.
- Experience developing reporting solutions across financial systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all business users.
- A proactive mindset, willing to tackle challenges to ensure business needs are met.
