**Role Overview:
As a Geography Teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
- Foster a passion for Geography and an inquisitive attitude toward the world in your students.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to support student learning and differentiation.
- Assess students effectively and track progress using school systems.
- Take part in enrichment activities, school trips, and geography-related extracurriculars.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices.
**Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS**)** or an equivalent internationally recognised teaching qualification.
- A degree in Geography or a closely related subject is essential.
- Demonstrable experience teaching Geography to secondary school level.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Passion for subject knowledge and an enthusiasm for delivering the Geography curriculum in creative and engaging ways.
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and student wellbeing.
