Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join a Legal 500 law firm based in York, North Yorkshire. This is a permanent, full-time job with hybrid working (2-3 days per week remote from home). Role Responsibilities
The incoming Clinical Negligence Paralegal will be responsible for assisting the Solicitors in managing a caseload.
Other responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Liaising with clients and keeping them updated on the progress of their case
- Handling administrative tasks such as file management, document organisation and scheduling meetings
Person Specification
Applications are sought from Paralegals with experience in dealing with all aspects of Clinical Negligence matters. You will also have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft office and legal case management systems
