Then this is the role for you, we are currently recruiting for a training & health business that is looking to bring a Financial Controller into thier central services to manage an established team. This role is permanent and requires someone with the ability to grow and develop an experienced team while also developing effective relationships with multi-level stakeholders.
So what would your responsibilities be?
- Full management of all financial reporting
- Managing HMRC relationship and all tax affairs
- External audit preparation & management
- Senior & operational stakeholder management
- Creating a culture of accountability & ownership
- Manage all transactional functions
- Change management & development
And what do you get?

But what experience and qualification to do you need?
- Prior experience managing an established team
- Recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)
- Prior practice background preferably within Big 6
- A good technical understanding of developing and maintaining effective financial controls
