About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive digital transformation, manage a small team, and oversee a wide range of digital functions including SEO, content strategy, AI-generated media, paid advertising, and analytics. You'll play a key role in enhancing brand authority and expanding the organisation's digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy
- Lead SEO, content marketing, outreach, and website optimisation
- Manage AI-generated media using tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, or Sora
- Oversee website performance and content publishing (WordPress)
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Monitor and report on digital performance metrics and KPIs
- Lead a small team of digital professionals and freelancers
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with data protection and accessibility standards
- Manage content distribution across platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
What You'll Need
