The Role

The Marketing Manager will take the lead on the businesses brand, marketing strategy, positioning and continued growth. This role will suit a dynamic and driven Marketing professional who is passionate about delivering commerical results. This Marketing Manager will lead and further develop the marketing team and function and be a driving force across strategy development, market analysis and conceptualising new products to market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans in line with company strategy
  • Be the brand champion of the company
  • Drive strategies to increase product awareness
  • Analysis of market, competitors and the relevant industry trends
  • Mentor and lead marketing team
  • Deliver social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility
  • Analysis and ownership of budgets

Experience Required

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar marketing role (B2B/trade ideally)
  • Degree or equivilent in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Team leadership experience would be a plus!
  • Prior experience with CRM systems (Ideally Hubspot)
  • Proven experience of designing and executing effective marketing plans
  • Analytical and commerical mindset
