Join the Team as a Quality Engineer!
Are you passionate about quality and keen to make a difference? We are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to join a dynamic team and ensure the highest standards in products and processes.
What You'll Do:
- Utilise effective quality tools to solve non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement continuous improvements.
- Investigate internal and external non-conformances, including customer complaints.
- Apply your understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and change point control management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve concerns and promote quality throughout the organisation.
- Prepare essential quality system documentation, including Quality Control Plans (QCP), flow charts, Quality Audit (QA) plans, procedures, and instructions.
- Interpret technical drawings and measure components to ensure specifications are met.
- Support the internal audit program to ISO 9001 standards.
- Ensure compliance with all work instructions, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Undergraduate degree or higher national diploma in Engineering or a similar field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Honesty and integrity in all tasks.
