Complex Needs Teaching Assistant - Haywards Heath
We are currently working with a Good all through school located in Haywards Heath who are seeking to recruit a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with Complex Needs.
Starting immediately, the school is looking for an outstanding SEND Teaching Assistant to join them on a temp to perm basis.
This role will be working with learners with a variety of educational needs including dyslexia, autistic spectrum, ADHD and SEMH.
Our partnered school is looking for a driven person that wants to deliver in an extremely engaging setting. This is an exciting & dynamic role that requires individuals to think on their feet & deliver results.
This role will provide support for students who are struggling to fully engage in education or have mild learning difficulties in KS1, KS2 and KS3, you will support the students either 1:1 or in small groups. The ability to communicate effectively with students, staff & parents is imperative in ensuring that effective pastoral support is provided for all pupils.
We are looking for candidates with recent SEND experience working with children in schools who are available full-time to start ASAP! This role would also be suitable for Graduates or people looking to start a career within Special Education.
About the role:
- Earn up to £450 per week
