HR Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with the full cycle recruitment process and various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Contribute to organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Manage and update social media platforms to promote job openings and enhance employer branding efforts.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and document preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
