The client is a leading property development company who offer fantastic benefits and excellent career development! The client is currently based in Salford Quays and is going through a period of growth within their finance team.
Your new role
- Bank Reconciliations - Analysing bank entries and allocating transactions to appropriate ledgers and cost centres.
- Accounts payable activities (Invoice processing, supplier statement reconciliation)
- Assisting with other daily reconciliation processes and investigation of any reconciliation issues
- Prepare and post journals including month-end journals, prepayments and accruals, depreciation.
- Assisting and supporting with the month-end process, management accounts and quarterly reporting
- Analysis activities and other ad-hoc finance activities as requested.
- Assist other colleagues as necessary and carry out ad hoc tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need proven experience of ideally working within a property business
- Team player and able to work hybrid
- AAT or equivalent
- Strong excel skills are a must
