We are working with a well-regarded organisation in Cornwall that are seeking an experienced, hands-on IT Systems Manager who is looking to further their career. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind the technological infrastructure and will oversee the implementation and maintenance of all our IT systems, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives and values. Your role will be crucial in enabling seamless operations and supporting growth. You will be joining at an exciting time as the organisation prepares to enter into new markets and drive sales growth throughout the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the MD, develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals
- Support a SAP B1 ERP system and create SQL queries to extract data from it
- Oversee Power BI and Power App development. (Training provided if necessary.)
- Maintain and develop new integrations and automations.
- Manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Oversee the security of IT systems to protect company data and privacy
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff
- Collaborate with department heads to assess and address their IT needs
- Manage the IT budget and forecast future IT requirements
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements relevant to our company
- Maintain and develop onsite IT infrastructure as required: Networking, Wifi, CCTV, PC's, Printers, IOT devices.
- Own IT systems onboarding and offboarding for new starters and leavers
- Proactively manage the relationships with IT partners. Be the interface between their internal users and these partners to ensure positive outcomes
