Key Responsibilities as a Reward Compensation Manager
- Responsible for the delivery of multi million pound pay and incentive processes.
- Line management of 2 direct reports.
- Shaping the cyclical pay and incentive schemes across the UK operation of around 30,000 staff and site management teams.
Core Experience and Skills
- Experience in pay and incentives design in multi-site customer facing high volume employee organisations.
- Great stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
- Analysis and insight - recommendations based on data.
- Management and coaching experience.
- Worked to manage the compensation and pay cycles for organisations of over 1000 employees.
