Key Responsibilities as a Reward Compensation Manager

  • Responsible for the delivery of multi million pound pay and incentive processes.
  • Line management of 2 direct reports.
  • Shaping the cyclical pay and incentive schemes across the UK operation of around 30,000 staff and site management teams.

Core Experience and Skills

  • Experience in pay and incentives design in multi-site customer facing high volume employee organisations.
  • Great stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Analysis and insight - recommendations based on data.
  • Management and coaching experience.
  • Worked to manage the compensation and pay cycles for organisations of over 1000 employees.
