Key Responsibilities:
- Chair child protection conferences within statutory timescales, ensuring all voices are heard
- Constructively challenge and support agencies to ensure quality outcomes for children
- Lead quality assurance measures and drive high practice standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' social work experience, with significant expertise in child protection
- Confidence in developing professional relationships and the ability to constructively challenge when necessary
