What you'll do:

As a Team Assistant, your primary focus will be providing comprehensive administrative support to the UK Senior Leadership team. You'll be responsible for coordinating external client events, managing travel arrangements, processing expenses, and providing diary management support. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to good use as you liaise with various parts of the group to organise meetings and assist in the onboarding of new staff. With your professional approach and ability to handle confidential information, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office.

  • Screen incoming correspondence and allocate or respond as appropriate
  • Coordinate external client events, meetings, and roadshows
  • Liaise with Head Office and other parts of the group to organise meetings
  • Manage travel arrangements including booking flights and hotels
  • Process and submit expenses
  • Provide diary management support for UK ExCo members
  • Assist in onboarding new staff
  • Answer telephone calls, referring on or responding to questions as appropriate

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Team Assistant role will have previous experience working in a similar position within a corporate institution. Your ability to communicate effectively at all levels will be key in this role, along with your ability to work unsupervised and take initiative when necessary. As a strong team player, you're always ready to lend a hand where needed. Your excellent organisational skills will be essential in managing various tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required, along with good knowledge of English language.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels professionally
  • Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF
  • Good knowledge of English language, spelling etc.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management, clients and staff both locally and internationally
