An exciting opportunity has come up for a paralegal/legal assistant to join our top legal client's property department. This position will be a permanent, full time opportunity based near Hayes
Key duties to include:
- Utilise the land registry portal.
- Submit searches.
- Opening and closing files.
- Complete diary management and event scheduling tasks.
- Maintaining the internal database system.
- Completing general administrative tasks to support the Conveyancing team.
- Liaising with clients and key stake holders via email, phone and in person.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Paralegal/legal assistant experience in a conveyancing department.
- A keen interest in the residential conveyancing.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Organised and attentive to detail.
