Group Senior Reinsurance Analyst
London / Hybrid

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a key role supporting the placement and implementation of our Group reinsurance programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a broad range of placements and collaborate with stakeholders across the business. Your new role
- Support the placement and implementation of the Group's reinsurance program, including those for the QBE Group Reinsurance Captives
- Contribute to the analysis and preparation of reinsurance placement data ahead of renewals
- Help ensure timely and accurate reporting by managing delivery schedules and coordinating deliverables
- Maintain clear documentation, and up-to-date reinsurance schematics
- Collaborate with stakeholders by attending meetings and providing updates on reinsurance matters
- Clearly explain the reinsurance programme structure to the Divisions and the Captive
- Provide expert support to the wider reinsurance team, sharing knowledge and insights as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate data to support reinsurance placement

- Proven experience in reinsurance, ideally with a focus on placement
- Self-driven and confident producing high-quality work independently
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Highly organised and methodical, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working with large and complex data sets
- Clear and collaborative communicator, able to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
