Portfolio PMO Analyst
We are recruiting for a PMO Analyst who can support the PMO Manager on various Portfolios on the day-to-day basis, creating then promoting adherence to project management standards, polices and agreed approaches.
You will have experience in PMO roles supporting portfolio(s)
Role details:
- Supporting the PMO Manager on a day-to-day basis, creating then promoting adherence to project management standards, polices and agreed approaches.
- Provide quality assurance in line with defined governance processes.
- Track and Onboard project resource planning.
- Monitor regular reporting and assist the PMO Manager in reporting to Program Director and Sponsors.
- Monitoring risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) and the resolution processes.
- Ensure efficient change control methods and processes are utilised.
- Track Budget/Forecast/Committed Spend and Actuals..
- Working alongside PM's and Finance Business Partners to mitigate budget/forecast variances.
- Produce Financial Reports
Experience
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- High adaptability with ability to multi-task.
- Ability to integrate project-related activities with divisional and group functions.
- PMO Management either corporate or retail environments.
- Experience in PMO roles supporting portfolio(s) with international or cross-cultural environment will be beneficial.
