My client is a highly successful and rapidly growing global e-commerce brand, and they are seeking a motivated Demand Planner to optimise forecasts, manage inventory, and ensure timely product availability. Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels and fulfilling customer needs.
- You will liaise with suppliers to communicate demand plans, challenges, and risks and you will manage forecasts to align with rapid growth and product availability.
- Review supplier outputs based on production lead times and agreements.
- Act as the primary link between suppliers and the wider business.
- Collaborate with senior managers to meet sales and inventory targets.
- Raise purchase orders for third-party materials.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in demand planning, forecasting, or procurement within an e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
In return for your Demand Planning expertise, you will receive: In return, you will receive a starting salary between £28,000-32,000 depending on experience, and you will get 23 days' holiday + bank holidays.
