Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on a residential construction site. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction and maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the site.
Responsibilities:
- Performing general maintenance and repair tasks on the construction site.
- Assist with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting work as needed.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Keep the work area clean and organised.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of basic construction and maintenance tasks.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Own basic tools.
