Location: Summerfield House, Kidderminster - Worcestershire - (Hybrid working, WFH up to 3 days per week)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Eco2Solar are pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the UKs leading Solar PV Installation Company in the New Build Housing sector (who were recently invested in by EON) as a UK Logistics Manager, based in our Kidderminster office.

About the role

The UK Logistics Manager role offers the right candidate the opportunity to build, develop and grow their career with a highly reputable and growing company.

As the UK Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all stock procurement and deliveries across our warehouses and 3PL premises. You will ensure that the right stock is in the right locations at the right time, managing all deliveries to site and minimizing issues or failed kit deliveries. You will also oversee the systems to ensure that stock on site is managed effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for global sourcing, clearing customs, and importing goods into the UK.

Having the ability to work both as part of a team and also take overall responsibility for your personal workload, whilst delivering excellent levels of service is essential. A desire to put our clients' needs first and a thirst to develop your own skills is a key part of fitting into this established team.

About you

To be successful in this role you'll have considerable experience in logistics management, preferably within the UK market, with a strong background in global sourcing and import management. You'll have an in-depth understanding of stock procurement, warehousing, and logistics operations. You will be able to lead a team and have excellent customer relations and organisational skills. You will be proficient in logistics and inventory management systems and have excellent interpersonal skills.

We're offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 pa, along with 34 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays and a day for your birthday), contributory pension scheme, monthly wellness benefit, access to the holiday purchase scheme (you can buy and sell up to 5 extra days per year).
