Partner Solutions Manager Compliance

Partner Solutions Manager (Compliance)- London/Remote- 12 Months- £40-£45 ph PAYE

A global technology company are looking for an experienced Partner Solutions Manager (Compliance) to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment. This role will act as a primary compliance point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries and support them on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Work cross functionally to triage operational issues and help drive
  • Support various projects and programs aimed at improving operations and understanding of compliance requirements for third parties
  • Support a team of compliance support leads/relationship partners with problem solving, providing guidance, access to necessary tooling
  • Understand gaps and support in determining solutions, guiding decision making conversations and then leading implementation of best solutions
  • Monitor, assess, and communicate regulatory changes and emerging compliance risks and trends to key partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist business, Compliance, and other control function partners in responding to escalations from compliance leads by conducting, compiling and presenting research as required.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders - policy, legal, product, eng, data science, dev ops
  • Provide solutions and ways to improve the operations and delivery of the compliance requirements to the partners.
  • Responsible for measuring and reporting on compliance status across the portfolio of EMEA managed partners
  • Manage day to day operational work and offer high-touch solutions which includes policy compliance, developer contracts and registration issues and more
  • Own internal operational tasks such as filing escalation reports, monitoring outcome, communicating status internally to partner managers and externally to partners.

Skills/ Experience:

  • BA/BS Degree or Higher
  • 5+ years of experience in online operations, customer success, account / partner
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues
  • Comfortable leading meetings with key strategic partners and troubleshooting any issues
  • Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
  • Good understanding of the internet and/or gaming industry
  • Working in compliance or a regulatory environment
  • Advanced skill in MS Excel, and PowerPoint for data reporting purposes.
