Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Interim Senior Credit Controller on an initial three-month contract. The head office is based in central London, however, operating on a remote working pattern.
The Interim Senior Credit Controller's main responsibilities will include:
- Taking complete ownership of the ledger, prioritising and clearing old debt.
- Understanding the current Credit Control process and leading on the creation of a streamlined and improved way of working.
- Chasing clients over the telephone and email to collect missing information to process old payments.
- Maintaining an accurate and up to date communication log, which will be reviewed regularly by the Manager.
This would be the perfect opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller, that has supported on process improvements, that is looking to add value to a household name charity in the UK!
The successful Interim Senior Credit Controller must have:
- Substantial experience working as a Credit Controller.
- Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares and strong Excel skills, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and extract data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
