Global Resourcing Manager Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 plus up to 10% bonus

Based in Brentford, West London

Hybrid Position - 1 to 3 days in the office depending on the needs of the business

A global education software company are looking for a Global Resourcing Manager for their office based in Brentford, West London. You will be responsible for driving the global recruitment strategy and working collaboratively with the wider business to ensure annual recruitment targets are met in time. Looking for an experienced Global Resourcing Manger with a background in recruiting, strategic and data drive with the ability to lead ad develop a team in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy, partnering with the US Talent Acquisition team for the end to end recruitment process
  • Global Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to create and deliver a global recruitment plan, ensuring timely and efficient resourcing
  • Lead & Mentor Team: Guide and develop the Resourcing Advisors, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work with HRBPs and the FPA Manager to align recruitment with budget and timelines, supporting overall business goals
  • Support Scalability: Enhance the global recruitment function to support future growth, in partnership with the US TA team
  • Leverage Data: Analyse recruitment metrics to optimise strategies and regularly report progress to UK & US leadership
  • Educate Hiring Managers: Provide training on best practices, ensuring compliance with SOC2 standards
  • Source Top Talent: Use diverse channels to attract high-quality candidates, exploring innovative strategies to meet workforce needs
  • Champion Employer Brand: Promote our culture and values through effective employer branding, empowering Resourcing Advisors as brand ambassadors
  • Advocate for DEI: Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into every aspect of the recruitment process
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to support recruitment objectives
  • Ensure Compliance: Partner with the HR Ops Service Manager to maintain accurate contractor records and compliance with visa requirements

Experience required:

  • Experience in recruitment or HR, with a background in strategic talent acquisition highly desirable
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience, with a track record of building and developing teams
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in recruitment or HR
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and regulations
  • Knowledge of international recruitment, especially UAE would be advantageous
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, with strong communication and influence skills across all levels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to change
  • Able to analyse recruitment date to drive decisions, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
