A leading NHS trust is looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Performance - Band 8d to drive the performance agenda, ensuring that we meet our targets and deliver service.This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in performance improvement, data analysis, and operational management within the public health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of the organisation's performance management framework.

Provide strategic direction and leadership in performance improvement initiatives.

Analyse performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practices.

Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to develop and implement action plans.

Ensure compliance with national performance standards and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present performance reports to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.

Manage and develop the Performance Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Essential Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Proven track record in a senior performance management role within the public health sector.

Experience and Skills:

Extensive experience in performance management and improvement.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability in programme management.

Skilled in complex report writing.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strategic thinker with a focus on quality and efficiency.
