Tradewind are currently looking to recruit a Year 3 Teacher for a long-term position at a 'Good' school in Bollington, Cheshire East. The role will commence September 2024 and will run until the end of the academic year. The role will be paid to scale and offers a supportive setting with strong leadership and a positive reputation. The school will accept ECT's as well as more experienced teachers and encourage those with subject specialisms to demonstrate how they can make a valuable contribution to the school.

The Role
As the Year 3 Teacher, you will be accountable for the learning and progress of approximately 30 children. Whilst a large percentage of pupils are working at age related expectations, you will be required to plan targeted interventions to both scaffold and stretch pupils to learning at a mastery level. You will also be joined by a full time TA.
