Your Role:

  • Assist Ukrainian-speaking students in their learning, ensuring they understand and can engage with the curriculum.
  • Support teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Help with classroom management, including small group work and one-on-one support.
  • Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents where language barriers exist.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
  • Experience working with children or young people (experience in a school setting is a bonus but not essential).
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for helping students achieve their potential.
