Your Role:
- Assist Ukrainian-speaking students in their learning, ensuring they understand and can engage with the curriculum.
- Support teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Help with classroom management, including small group work and one-on-one support.
- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents where language barriers exist.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
- Experience working with children or young people (experience in a school setting is a bonus but not essential).
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping students achieve their potential.
