- Proven experience in recruitment or sales (preferably in the Industrial sector)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates for temporary and perminent positions in the Industrial sector
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Match candidates to job opportunities
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end
- Achieve and exceed targets
