Electrical Design Engineer

Short Term Contract Up to £320 per day

We're supporting our client, an equipment manufacturer based in Bristol, who are looking for a Electrical Design / Controls Engineer on a contract basis.
The Senior Controls Engineer will focus on the design of Electrical Systems. You will work with our team on a daily basis as projects are taken from the initial concept through to testing and then delivery. This will encompass all activities throughout the design process.
Responsibilities:
Understanding and interpreting customer requirements
Electrical Design from existing drawings
Electrical system design and layout using electrical software
About You:
Experience in electrical design
HND/Degree in a relevant engineering discipline
Experience of CE marking
Experience of fault finding on electrical and electronic systems
Good general engineering understanding and knowledge
An aptitude for problem solving and the ability to develop solutions for complex problems.
Effective communicator at both technical and project level to all stakeholders
Excellent organisation skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent IT skills
