Finance Business Partner role for people who enjoy engaging with their colleagues and stakeholders in person and the expectation is that you'll be
onsite in Leeds 3 days per week
, but the right candidate for this role will be someone who thrives in an environment centred around in person collaboration.
You'll be an experienced qualified accountant who as a Finance Business Partner is inspired by the prospect of supporting a range of activities across the Finance function and will be looking for a role where you can build successful relationships and promote excellent team working practices both externally and internally and at all levels of an organisation.

- You will be working with interesting and challenging stakeholders with wide ranging levels of interest and knowledge in their own budgets - you'll be able to constructively challenge and support them with your analytical and proactive approach.
What you'll need to offer...
- As an experienced Finance Business Partner, you would bring extensive experience of accounting, budget preparation, forecasting, offering high quality finance business partnering support to business units including senior stakeholders engagement.
- You will be promoting and building successful relationships both externally and internally at all levels as a Finance Business Partner.
- You will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA) or you will have substantial finance business partnering experience within a similar complex organisation.
