Job title: Rent and Service Charge Officer
Location: Surrey
Contract: Part time (30 hours per week)
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 (pro rata)
Role:
- Manage Rents and Service Charge accounts
- Calculate charges, manage rent statements and monitor payments
- Ensure accurate and timely rent collections
Experience:
- Experience working within Social Housing
- Systems – Pyramid
- Stakeholder management
