ARE YOU AN EXCEPTIONAL RECEPTION/FRONT DESK HOST LOOKING FOR AN ONGOING PART-TIME ROLE IN MARLOW FROM SEPTEMBER? IF SO, READ ON!

Our Client is looking for someone who can provide a fully customer centric, professional and efficient Workplace Service in office hours between Monday and Friday, working either three full days per week or five half days per week (options tbc)

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Site Management: - Daily proactive tour of the main office - Frequent onsite survey and analysis - Fully manage local Health & Safety including Fire safety - CSR-including Waste management - Paper, confidential waste and hazardous waste management - Support Audits and Certifications
  • Admin support: - Admin Support including managing documentation, archiving, scanning, data shredding and filing - Act as the first point of contact for any account payable queries
  • Reception and Concierge services: - Mobile concierge through technology solution to advise of visitors - Site Coach Services (with office digital on meeting room
  • Act as the main SPOC on site and manage any ad hoc general office coordination duties - Call handling - Managing visitors and contractors (including hosting and escorting)

JOB DESCRIPTION: WORKPLACE CO-ORDINATOR/AMBASSADOR

  • Post and Mailroom services, Occasional visits to the post office and post box - Issue and monitor access cards, Guest passes, maintain access records for security audit purposes - Management of on-site parking facilities
  • Office Management Support: - Organise all meeting room requests, set up meeting rooms and catering - Organise office events - Communicates with staff for the purpose of ordering office supplies, on-boarding, events and planning of meeting rooms - Keeps office clean and organised to promote an efficient working environment and align with company's disaster management protocol - AV support for meeting rooms as part of the digitisation coaching
  • Real estate support: - Supporting property management services, building maintenance and routine maintenance requirements and support the Regional team with project related activities related to any office moves / expansion projects Support Regional team for any data gatherings
