Job Title: Senior Test Analyst
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 at home)

We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Test Analyst for a newly created role supporting the implementation of a new platform. This position is focused on manual testing with future opportunities to explore automation and potentially progress into a lead role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases, conduct regression testing, and support UAT.
- Coach and mentor junior QA team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for smooth integration.
- Document and track defects, ensuring effective feedback to the development team.
- Maintain test documentation and suggest improvements to testing processes.

What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst, particularly in manual testing within complex project environments.

- Knowledge or interest in automation tools and methodologies is advantageous, as this role could involve future automation work.
- Financial services experience would be a benefit
