THE SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Key responsibilities:
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
- Sustaining solid relationships with existing key customers to encourage repeat business
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Assisting Key Account Managers with admin tasks and updating the system
- Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders
- Maintaining and updating the in-house software with customer information
- Creating and presenting detailed sales reports to the Sales team
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Good telephone manners and excellent English speaker
- Chinese speaker or worked for a Chinese company is a plus
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word and general IT skills essential
- Has the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
