Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR Data Analytics team
- Implement HR data reporting initiatives
- Develop and execute data strategies to improve HR data initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading an HR Data Analytics team
- Demonstrated success in improving data initiatives and creating data strategies
- Strong experience with large companies and data challenges
- Exceptional Excel skills
- Ability to influence and drive change
- Experience with system implementation is a plus, but not essential
