Role: PR Assistant

Our client, a leading luxury womenswear brand, is seeking a dynamic and proactive PR Assistant to join their talented team. �?
As a PR Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Communication Manager, collaborating on a range of exciting projects and managing the press office. ?? Your main responsibilities will include:
?? Handling global sample requests and managing daily sample movement across VIP, press, and internal channels.
?? Building relationships with press and stylists to ensure smooth sample coordination.
?? Maximising sample opportunities by working alongside VIP agencies.
?? Monitoring global press coverage, analysing results, and compiling reports on a weekly basis.
?? Managing Fashion Week and Events database, as well as press and VIP invitations.
?? Supporting in sponsor management, production, logistics, and dressing leadership.
?? Mentoring and overseeing interns within the communications department. �?
To be successful in this role, you will need:
? Excellent knowledge of Launchmetrics.
? Strong background in luxury communications, including sample collection and inventory management.
? Detailed understanding of the global media landscape.
? Proficiency in MS Office with strong organisational and time management skills.
? Outstanding communication and written skills, along with a professional and discreet demeanour.
? Ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.
? Previous experience with Photoshop/Adobe Cloud (desirable).
