Reed in Colchester are delighted to be supporting our client seeking a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy office team on a Permanent, Part time basis. This role is integral to supporting the manager and colleagues in the sale and letting of residential properties. The ideal candidate will be a team player, flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Day to day of the role:
- Create and manage property listings using company software, adhering to company guidelines
- Regularly review and categorise the applicant database, identifying key potential buyers and tenants
- Proactively reach out via email and calls with new instructions, following company policy
- Enhance property visibility and maximise board presence
- Provide clients with advice on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Upsell conveyancing services and organise referrals to financial advisors
- Promote properties through strategic advertisements and open houses.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, ensuring prompt feedback to clients
- Handle offer to purchase or let processes, including securing relevant ID and managing tenant referencing
- Ensure compliance with third-party referral processes for letting applicants.
