A state-of-the-art electronic components manufacturing facility is now looking to grow their team by adding 10 x Production Operatives to their team.
Reporting to the shift manager, you will be responsible for the assembly of parts in an anti-static environment, ensuring high quality standards are maintained.
Full training is provided for Production Operatives to:
- Work as part of team to build production parts / assemblies
- Operate Production Line Equipment
- Ensure all equipment faults are reported to the Operations Team Leader of Manufacturing Team Leader
- Carry out basic testing quality checks
- Packing goods ready for shipment
- Ensuring work areas and machinery are cleaned and maintained
The ideal Production Operative will have experience in the following:
- Attention to detail -?Essential
- Previous experience?- Essential
- Strong communication skills.
- Be able to work both independently and within a Team.
- Automotive experience in assembly -?
- IT Literate.
Ability to demonstrate a flexible working approach.
This is a temporary assignment that will become a permanent position for the right individuals. This is like any probationary period you will experience in a permanent position.
