Accounts Payable Assistant | Central London / Hybrid | International Media Co | £35-40,000 + bens
This dynamic International Media business is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join its busy finance team. Key tasks include
- Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements in a timely manner as well as keeping on top of all outgoing cash; ensuring suppliers are paid on time
- Ensuring all invoices have been approved for payment & dealing with any invoice queries.
- Preparation & reconciliation of month end payments
- Maintaining AP inboxes
- Raising & posting bank / Precision payments through the system.
- Reconciling all supplier accounts at month end
- Processing payments through the bank as needed.
The ideal candidate would be
- You have strong previous experience in Accounts Payable.
- You will ideally have good experience working in media/advertising, with knowledge of how the industry works or or experience in a high-volume transactional business with regular AP reconciliation
- Strong systems skills including excel.
