We are a leading national installer of energy efficient solutions which include insulation, heating, renewables as well as a distribution business supplying insulation, heating and building products. We have an enviable reputation for setting the standards in delivering excellent Customer Service and Quality for our clients for almost 40 years.
The electrical department has a full order book delivering solar PV + battery, HHRSH, mechanical ventilation, heating controls and LED lighting.
The Role
We are experiencing a period of rapid growth, especially in our electrical department, and as such we are recruiting for several positions nationwide. We are currently looking for a domestically experienced Qualifying Supervisor based at our Eastleigh depot. The role is "off the tools", excluding minor remediations found on site visits, and time will be split between the Eastleigh office and site visits across the south. Genuine opportunity for progression within the company.
Responsibilities
Office based duties will include reviewing and signing off electrical certificates through the NICEIC portal, quality / compliance checks of photo evidence from site, dealing with site-based queries from installers, tenants and clients, monitoring and delegating stock and providing support to management staff at Eastleigh and head office.
Site based duties include attending technical monitoring of electrician's work, monitoring health and safety practices on site and attending any site-based issues / liaising with clients on F10 sites.
The Person
The ability to work on their own initiative is essential, to organise and manage the quality / compliance control for the entire Southern region. Must have good working knowledge of 18th edition wiring regulations as well as familiar with relevant building regulations. Domestic experience is essential, solar experience is advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidates.
