Senior Service Advisor, Salisbury Wiltshire - Salary & OTE CIRCA £35,000
My client is a leading main dealership in the automotive industry, committed to providing exceptional customer service and top-quality vehicles. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their team in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and their vehicles in a professional and friendly manner, discussing and confirming their requirements.
- Lead and motivate the workshop team to achieve exceptional performance and productivity.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency.
- Identify and address any team challenges or roadblocks promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire repair process.
- Keep customers informed of vehicle status, progress, and estimated completion times.
- Offer expert technical advice and recommendations on necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Proactively promote additional services or products that can enhance the customer's experience.
- Ensure efficient work flow and timely completion of repair orders.
- Monitor and optimise workshop processes to minimise delays and maximise productivity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle records in the Kerridge DMS.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure timely billing.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in an after sales role within the motor trade.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and attention to detail skills.
- Knowledge of Kerridge DMS is advantageous.
