Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Service Co-Ordinator to join our clients team. In this role, you will manage the allocation of both reactive and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring service is delivered promptly and efficiently. You will be the main point of contact between clients and engineers, providing regular updates and ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate maintenance tasks to engineers, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage maintenance schedules using service software, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Maintain clear communication with clients about maintenance schedules and job progress.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Source parts and equipment for jobs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Coordinate materials and access for engineers' site visits.
- Raise estimates and chase outstanding work as needed.
- Update client portals with job statuses and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Follow up on job sheets and provide clients with summaries of completed works.
- Adhere to company processes and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, engineers, and suppliers.
- Experience using service management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience in sourcing materials and coordinating site visits is an advantage.
