Are you looking for an opportunity to work in Legal Compliance? Our client, a leading global figure in the investment community, is seeking a dedicated individual join their team. This role is integral to the company, working alongside business and functional teams and across multiple jurisdictions.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Update and maintain the main various management systems and tools.
  • Distribute communications and training materials to the relevant parties.
  • Manage and organise Compliance Team folders in accordance with procedures.
  • Maintain Legal Compliance Team Registers and Records, primarily using Excel.
  • Process and update new client information accurately and efficiently.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide Management Information.
  • Offer general ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team and reporting manager.
  • Manage personal workload and prioritise tasks to meet business needs and operational goals.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and various managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Deliver against agreed targets in terms of quality and productivity.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience working in a pressurised environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Productivity Tools, especially Excel.
  • Recent experience in a client-facing position.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt within an ever-changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to liaise with senior-level individuals.
  • Basic understanding of AML, Data Protection, Conduct & Ethics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple teams in various jurisdictions.
  • Flexible attitude to adapt to the needs of the business, often at short notice.
  • Strong time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
