CMA Recruitment Group are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant on behalf of a well-established business based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, on a temporary basis. This assignment will last c2-3 months to assist with heavy workloads within the business, although there is a strong possibility of an extension of the assignment.
What will the Assistant Management Accountant role involve?
- Performing bank, VAT and payroll reconciliations.
- Assisting with month end close .
- Using Excel (pivots/v-Looks.
- Posting journal entries and other ad hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager.
Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Management Accountant vacancy:
- Possess strong reconciliations experience.
- Available to work in a small finance team and occasionally in a stand alone capacity.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Possess a good level of excel (pivot tables, look ups etc).
