Reed Health & Care are currently recruiting for a sheltered housing development manager on a permanent part time basis for our client based in Lanark.
The pro rata salary for the position is £10,305
The hours are Monday & Tuesday 9am-5pm
The role entails working as part of a team to deliver an excellent customer experience enabling customers to live an independent life.
You will ideally hold an SVQ 2 in Health & Social Care & be a member of the PVG scheme.
It is essential that you have good IT skills & able to use Microsoft packages including office & outlook and have previous experience in a customer service background.
Duties Include:
- Ensure customers independence & choice are promoted to the fullest
- Advocate & liaise on behalf of customers with external agencies
- Manage cleaning staff to ensure high cleaning standards at met
- Light cleaning duties when required
- Respond to enquiries & complaints from customers in a timely manner
- Promote the use of communal facilities to customers and local community groups to encourage participation and build a sense of community.
- Manage repairs and monitor their progress
- Undertake property checks & help in the event of an emergency
- Carry out remote service calls
