Executive Assistant to Director Level
An exciting new role has been created for an experienced Executive Assistant to support directors at a senior level. This position will involve extensive diary and email management, coordinating effectively with various stakeholders and Executive Assistants across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level executive and administrative support with minimal supervision, including:
- Managing expense reports
- Preparing meeting minutes and tracking action items
- Handling document management and project support
- Draft and contribute to board and committee papers, as well as departmental communications
- Brief directors on the objectives of upcoming meetings and supply necessary background materials
- Organize and oversee travel arrangements as needed
