SEO CRM & Website Manager

Job Role
Working across all brands: Protexin Vet, Pet, Equine and Bio-Kult. Managing our non-D2C websites, ownership and delivery of search engine optimization technical & content strategy and email customer relationship management for our D2C sites and our vet CRM programme.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for technical SEO & SEO content strategy for all sites, working closely with brand manager, digital media manager, digital shelf optimisation manager, digital agency & technical teams for any content.
  • Responsible for CRM strategy & execution for each site working closely with brand manager & D2C agency.
  • Responsible for SEO & CRM reporting.
  • Responsible for website data set up: google ads, google search console, google tag manager, googleanalytics.
  • Responsible for technical non-D2C site set up & launches in collaboration with brand team.
  • Responsible for non D2C brand sites performance- working with digital media role, digital shelf role, brand team & digital agency to build.
  • Responsible for working with export partners & teams on domain ownership & content requests.
  • Active collaboration with commercial, marketing, NPD, finance, supply chain.
  • Agile working with multiple agencies to deliver results.

Your Profile

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing, eCommerce or digital experience within B2C, D2C or a retailer
  • In depth knowledge of website performance metrics, technical & content SEO
  • Experience of implementing & managing CRM preferable
  • Strong demonstration of working cross functionally to get the best results
  • UK & US experience beneficial
  • Strong analytical experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable ability to self-motivate and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite
  • Experience with CRM platforms benefit but not essential
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
