Supply Chain Coordinator

What is expected of you?

  • Management of an international supply chain & logistics network
  • Responsibility of all supply chain transactions, order and shipments via NetSuite ERP system
  • Day to day operational management of 3rd party logistics and Fulfilment partners to ensure OTIF delivery of stock.
  • Coordination of inbound and outbound transport / deliveries across air, sea and road freight
  • Ensure that all customs procedures/ paperwork is correct and ready for international shipping.
  • Monitor inventory / stock levels and ensure optimal stock holding and report on any damaged stock
  • Raising work orders for the manufacture of stock, receipt of stock, and all stock transfers within the ERP system.
  • Update the buying and merchandising teams on any delay to inbound orders, or any potential stock issues that could impact future sales
  • Own month-end processes including stock reconciliation across all suppliers

As a fast-growing business going through exponential growth it is essential that the new Supply Chain Coordinator is a highly autonomous individual who can provide the following experience -

  • Supply Chain / Logistics specialist with experience of working within a global retail or manufacturing business
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international logistics, import and export of goods
  • Experience of managing 3PL's and 3rd party Fulfilment centres
  • Experience of managing stock & inventory within a 3rd party warehouse
  • Good knowledge of local and international customs paperwork and procedures
  • Experience of managing stock on an ERP system across multiple stock locations.
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
