Nexus Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic and professional Residential Security for a luxury development in North London. This is a day position working among an established team with exceptional standards. I'm looking to speak with candidates with experience in a residential setting as security, with a strong appreciation for customer service.
Core duties:
- Regular walk rounds of the building
- Monitor CCTV
- Manage challenging situations, mitigating risks as necessary
- Monitor entry / exit of the building
- Adhere to H&S procedures, including all fire safety practices
- Report to the Property Manager of any issues that have arisen during your shift
- Providing detailed handover to the Night Security
This opportunity will suit a service professional with customer delivery at the forefront of everything you do. The company are passionate in ensuring that every employee has the full training and skill-set required to carry out their role, so you will also be enrolled onto a number of industry relevant training courses, to further your career development. This position requires regular patrols and is more of an active role than a seated role.
Required attributes:
- 2+ years previous experience as a Security within the residential sector
- Customer service driven and passionate about 5-star hospitality
